Its all body size. the 1.5 is 1-1/2" long and the 2.5 is 2-1/2" long.

Tie one on and go fishing, these are great shallow water baits for reds and specks.

They are not designed to sink but they really push the envelope on bouyancy that they are very close. If you think you have one sinking, shoot us an email at info@strikeking.com and we will replace.

Basically its just body size - they both run 3-6' and the 2.5 is a little bigger profile.  Both have a place in your tackle box.

The Gold Sexy Shad Red Eye Shad will be out in Mid-April and will be availabel at most all retailers who carry Strike King Products.

there are many different ways depending on the cover and area you are fishing. Low and slow is one way, the bait sinks so you let it fall to the desired depth and slowly crank it back. Others will chime in with how they fish it.

We had some photographers on the docks all 3 days before take off and the abundance of Red Eye Shads tied on were pretty amazing. What an Awesomw lure!
