I went to Bass Pro yesterday and got 4 different kinds of Red Eyes..............but the one that I was really looking for, more than the others, was not on the shelves...........Sexy Sunfish. One of the bodies of water I fish the most has sunfish as the only forage base........it's a state park and the use of minnows is prohibited and there are no shad, whatsoever, in either lake.
Where could I get a couple of the Sexy Sunfish without having to wait for UPS/FedEx/USPS to get it here? My BPS is 1.5 hrs. away and is not a drive I like to make all that often, as most people that live in and around ATL are insane on the interstates.

chris when will you start selling direct? its still far too hard getting producsts we want. i cant find the sexy sunfish either anywhere and ive done some serious driving ive checked every store in huntsville,madison,birhmingham,went to 3 differnt bass pro shops 1 in tennessee,leeds,alabama ,and pratville,alabama i did pick up a whole bunch of chartruse sexy shad's but there's still alot i can not find

I just got off the phone with a local tackle distributor, and they do not have any Sexy Sunfish Redeyes. He said that his catalog doesn't even show the number for the sexy sunfish.  Bass Pro's website is showing the color and avability, but I do not want to wait that long to get something through the most unreliable means necessary....USPS, UPS, or FedEx. |

Topwater is correct. U.S. Bass has a great selection of all the Strike King baits. I was up that way this past fall and it's a great little bait shop. Really impressed with all they had. I suggest that anyone looking for the latest and greateast baits from SK give them a call.

I talked with yet another tackle store in the Dalton, Georgia area about getting this color of RedEye and he said that he's had his order in for the color since November, and that Strike King hadn't shipped them yet. What's with the hold-up in shipping this color? I was going to get 4 in the 1/4 oz. size and 4 in the 1/2 oz. size.  |

I didn't rightly have the # for the Sexy Sunfish, so after searching through the collection of catalogs, he happened upon the Strike King. Of course, it says "coming soon" to the Sexy Sunfish, but he look anyway..........and sure enough, he has them! Therefore, for my birthday, I am treating myself to three of the 1/2 oz. Sexy Sunfish Red Eye shads. Thanks Topwater! I sincerely appreciate it. John |
