Rose has another solid finish and moves up the points ladder at Eufaula

Eufaula, AL – Mark Rose is one step closer to re-qualifying for the B.A.S.S. tour with a solid 17th place finish in last weeks B.A.S.S. Southern open at Lake Eufaula. Unfortunately, Mark is on his way to fish the Everstart Championship on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky, so his patterns and Strike King Baits of choice are unknown at this time. Mark has made a move to 8th place in the points standing s with one more tournament later this month at Lake Okeechobee.

Rose has strong start to B.A.S.S. Opens at Columbus

October 16, 2004 Columbus, Mississippi – Team Strike King members Mark Rose and Lucy Mize took to the water in the first of three Southern B.A.S.S. opens this past weekend and both fared pretty well. Lucy, the only female Pro fishing this event caught fish during the two qualifying days unfortunately it was not enough to make the cut. Lucy became the first woman to ever make a B.A.S.S. cut during this event last year. Mark Rose on the other hand had two solid days. Mark qualified in 48th place on day two with a total of 9 lbs even and went on to new water on day three to finish the tourney in 20th place. Congratulations Mark and Lucy and good luck at Eufaula.

Next B.A.S.S. Southern open will be October 28-30 at Lake Eufaula in Alabama.
