This year Kevin VanDam won the Bassmasters Classic on the chartreuse Red Eye Shad, a new color. Then VanDam won the Kentucky Lake tournament on the Strike King Series 6XD, a new bait Kevin helped develop this year. One of the advantages of fishing Strike King Lures is that you know the Strike King pros have not only already field-tested those lures, but also have field-tested them under tournament conditions.
