Sam is 25 years old from Athens, Alabama. He began pursuing his career at an early age competing in local events and the lower-level events. He gradually worked his way up to the Bassmaster Opens and Toyota Series. In 2019 he decided to take the step to compete on the FLW Tour and immediately had success in the first event of the season.
