Strike King Hits the Water in 2022 with New Twists to Bass Favorite

The Rage Tail family of Strike King lures just got stronger. Introducing three new soft plastics with unbelievable action and big attitudes.

Rage Banner

By far the undefeated champion of crawfish imitators in the water is the Strike King Rage Craw. This soft plastic has become a staple on the deck of anglers from coast to coast. New for 2022, introducing the obnoxious little brother of the bona fide fan favorite – the Rattlin’ Rage Craw. This noisy little monster comes complete with a glass rattle chamber, hidden in the tail of the body, that emits an unbelievable ruckus when bounced across the bottom. Like its more subtle cousin, the original Rage Craw, the 4” Strike King Rattlin’ Rage is equipped with the unmistakable Rage Tail pincers that possess superior action when crawled across rock and cover, or punched through vegetation. This noisy beast refuses to be ignored as it makes its way across the bottom. Sometimes fish bite it because they are hungry. Sometimes they are curious. Sometimes they bite it because they just want some peace and quiet.

Completely new for 2022, introducing the Rage Scounbug, a compact, 3.5” crawfish imitator with enough legs to dance and wiggle its way through cover with enticing and unique action. This junior sized crustation is the 2022 runt of the litter, but it possesses enough attitude and enough moves to excel as a jig trailer, on a jighead, Texas rigged, Carolina rigged…on-and-on the list goes. Like the other baits in the Rage series, its versatility is remarkable, and its action is unmistakable.

One of the most explosive, highest action worms in the Strike King line-up just got rowdier.  The Rage Menace Worm hits the water with six inches of fury and dynamic movement. The Strike King Rage Menace Worm is a 6” plastic worm designed with two Rage Flange tails that swim with realistic movement and appearance.  With a twin-style tail, it offers twice the action of the original Cut-R, a proven fish catcher. This worm is exceptional when Texas-rigged, fished behind a Carolina rig, bounced across the bottom or danced through cover.  It is a fantastic soft plastic for maintaining contact with rocky bottoms, pitching around docks, or swimming through patches of grass and other vegetation.  Strike King offers the Rage Menace Worm in 12 lifelike colors that mimic natural forage like crayfish, bluegill and shad.

Anglers won’t believe the action and versatility of these new additions to one of the most successful soft plastic series. The Strike King Rattlin’ Rage Craw, Rage Scounbug, and Rage Menace Worm are a must for the decks of the pros and weekend warriors alike.
